Coaching Philosophy?
When I first told someone I knew that I wanted to try CrossFit, I was told that I couldn’t do it — that it was too hard. Never had I been more motivated to, not only, start CrossFit, but to eventually build the knowledge and platform to prove to myself that I could excel at it; and, that I could teach anyone who doubted their own potential to be stronger, and to learn how to move in ways they never thought possible.
As a coach, I want to help people achieve their goals in an environment where they will enjoy the journey.
Year you started CF, and how you found it?
I started CrossFit in 2008 with a friend who told me about it. I started following the CrossFit Main site workouts and ran them at a local gym. When I realized my progress was very limited without proper coaching, I sought out a CrossFit gym via a Groupon Deal, took my first class, and the rest is history.
