My coaching philosophy is to help everyone that I can to become the best version of themselves. There’s nothing better than getting someone their first pull-up, muscle up, etc.
Year you started CrossFit and how you found it:
I found CrossFit in 2010 when I watched Rich Froning at the 2010 games come on to the scene. I didn’t start CrossFit until 2016 when I watched the 2015 ‘Fittest On Earth’ documentary, and actually decided to sign up for the Level 1 that day. I’ve never turned back since.
I played most sports growing up but stuck with baseball for the longest out of all of them. I played baseball until I was 19 and decided to focus on school after that. Now I consider CrossFit my sport.
I have been coaching CrossFit since 2016 and have been at multiple gyms in Washington and California. I also have my Bachelors in Business Management.
