Stretch together
Hamstrings, quads, hips, ankles, and shoulders
3 Rounds
10 sit-ups
10 lunges (each side)
10 air squats
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
20 minutes
20 lateral leg raises over object (e.g. kettlebell, dumbbell, end of barbell)
10 weighted alternating forward lunges (5 each side)
20 hollow rocks
10 overhead squats
Rx: 115/80# barbell, 50/35 dumbbells, 53/35 kettlebells
Rx+:135/95# barbell, 70/50 dumbbells, 70/53 kettlebells
NOTE: Rx+ and Rx is irrelevant, just add some weight and move!
