21 minute AMRAP solo or with a partner:
3 strict handstand push-ups
3 ring muscle ups
3 overhead squats (115/85)
Add 3 reps to each movement after every round completed.
Scaled:
3 kipping handstand push-ups
3 bar muscle ups
3 overhead squats (95/65)
Add 3 reps to each movement after every round completed.
Progressions:
For HSPU -Strict barbell press to the eyes.
For muscle ups – Ring transition to dip out.
Plate transition to L-sit
