6 minutes of max effort wall ball shots to 10′ target for men, 9′ target for women (20/14).

Rest 2 minutes, then:

5 minutes of max effort ab-mat sit-ups

Rest 2 minutes, then:

4 minutes of max effort alternating box step-ups with your med ball (24″/20″)
