5 stone to shoulder + squat complexes (90/70)

– One complex is one stone to shoulder on the right side plus a squat with the stone AND one stone to shoulder on the left side plus a squat with the stone

10 push presses (115/80)

20 alternating pistols

Alternate with your partner as necessary.

Solo:

5 rounds for time with a 25 minute cap
