6 handstand push-ups
12 stone to shoulder (90/70)

Solo:
One to one work to rest ratio.
* NOTE *
If partner A exceeds 3 minutes in a round, partner B starts working at the 3 minute mark. Partner A must still finish their round and will start the next round when Partner B finishes their round. If both partners exceed 3 minutes, reduce the stone weight for subsequent rounds. If the handstand push-ups can’t be completed with a maximum of one break, use an appropriate progression that allows for unbroken sets.
