Partner 1 starts working through:
6 fat bar deadlifts (205/165)
6 hand release push-ups
6 dumbbell thrusters (50/35)
+2 reps on each movement after completing a round
Partner 2 is performing a 100 meter sled drag (90/70) + a 200 meter run. Partners switch when Partner 2 returns from the run, picking up where partner 1 left off.
Solo:
4 fat bar deadlifts (185/145)
4 hand release push-ups
4 dumbbell thrusters (40/25)
100 meter sled drag (90/70) + a 200 meter run
+2 reps on each movement after completing a round
