Stretch together, then:
3 rounds
10 arch rocks
10 hollow body rocks
10 squats with empty barbell
Metcon (Time)
With two partners, complete 5 rounds for time:
40 wall ball shots (20/14)
30 pull-ups
20 burpee box jump overs
10 deadlifts (275/205)
One person working at a time. Split up reps however the team sees fit.
