10 muscle cleans
10 front squats
10 push-ups
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
25 minute amrap – with a partner (you go, I go)
12 wall balls (20/14)
9 power cleans (95/75)
6 barbell facing burpees
Rx+: (30/20), (135/105).
