Stretch together then,
3 rounds:
10 push ups (standard width, narrow width, fingers facing you)
10 jumping air squats
10 forward lunges with the barbell
Metcon (Time)
10-9-8…3-2-1
Bench press (75% of body weight)
Dumbbell (50/35) box step ups (24/20)
50 double unders after each round
