**Accumulate 1000 reps using any of the following movements, in whatever combination/order of your choosing.
– Sit Ups
– Singles Unders
– Air Squats
– Shoulder to Overhead (Use either Empty Barbell, Dumbbell, Kettlebell or Odd Object)
– Push Ups
– KB/DB Snatches
– Deadlifts (95/65lbs or lower weight)
– Burpee Kick Outs
