25 minute AMRAP with a partner:

100 double unders/250 singles

24 toes to bar

12 deadlifts (365/285)

Solo:

60 double unders/150 singles

10 toes to bar

6 deadlifts (315/245)

Deadlift weights:

Partner = 70% of your 1 RM

Solo = 60% of your 1 RM

Substitute toes to rings if your hands are still in bad shape.
