A: Back Squat (6×5)
Every 90 seconds for 6 sets: 5 Squats for Speed at 55-60% of 1RM.
B: 1 Clean + 2 Front Squats (10×1)
10 attempts to work up to today’s heaviest complex.
For those who do not want to work up to a heavy complex. Use a light/medium weight to practice 1 complex every 90 seconds for 10 sets.
