400m Run

6 Narrow Grip Floor Press

Rounds 2 & 5:

400m Run

6 Neutral Grip Floor Press

Rounds 3 & 6:

400m Run

6 Wide Grip Floor Press

Rest 3-5 minutes in between rounds.
**Add weight from last week.

**The run is not Max Effort. You should not feel completely gassed going into the Floor Presses.

Scale Option: 200m Run with 20/14 Medicine Ball
